If you have completed a payment, congratulations! Depending on the payment method it may take up to 5 business days to be processed. The payment will show up as “completed” in the game app once it is processed, and the KCs will be credited to your account. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
When clicking Done, if your coins are not yet activated, login into your account and navigate to the Shop and then to the Buy Coins menu again so you can check the status of the payment. After that, a message should appear that the coins have been updated. The coins are the blue gold pieces.
To add Premium time, navigate to the Shop and then the Add Premium menu.
