I’ve seen a lot of people scratching their heads, not understanding what is going on in the lands of Hymalaya. Because of that, our screenwriter Marcela sent a lifesaver message and suggested: “Nina, open your snout and answer the community’s doubts in a reader Q&A format!”.
A fan’s request is an order! Let’s understand this lore once and for all and stop struggling when completing the quests of this new expansion.
Reader’s Question#

Ah, sit down because here comes the story! In the past, Hyma and Laya were sister kingdoms. It was a single, majestic kingdom of ice and dreams, an entirely white domain suspended between wonderful northern lights (a great place for a capybara to take a nap, by the way) and ruled by two brothers.
But one of the kings started having geopolitical anxiety attacks when his brother (you might know him as the Ice King brrrrrr) decided he didn’t want that life anymore and went after power.
Fearing that the vastness of their lands would generate a magical rupture in the future, he made the most drastic (and magically questionable) decision possible: he split himself in two.
From this fragmentation, two parts were born that divide the current world:
Hyma (Body/North): Represents physical presence and rest. Currently, he sleeps under the weight of longing, in total melancholic stagnation.
Laya (Soul/South): Represents feeling and pain. She cries rivers that never melt. It is the very eternal sadness of separation.
The result? The King (now called the Night King) lives in a state of complete mental confusion, not even recognizing his own reflection, waiting for the day he will become one again.
To make matters worse, the stars do not align on their own without the bodies of both brothers ruling together. If the unification doesn’t happen, the prophecy is clear: the stars will fall and the sky will collapse upon Kakele! So it’s up to the adventurers to make this alignment happen themselves!
Unraveling the New Mechanics without Runarounds#

Guys, I’m going to try to help without giving away the game, okay?! I know the visuals are impressive, but the new game mechanic doesn’t need a quantum physics manual. Believe me ;)
To advance, the secret is straight and to the point: you just need to leave the orbs in specific positions and click the static orb.
Just that! Positioned the orbs in the right places? Clicked the orb that doesn’t move? Done, challenge overcome and Kakele’s sky gains a few more minutes of life.
“Ah, but what is the specific position of the orbs, Nina?” You are the adventurer, not me! Figure it out!
