The ice is singing, and Kakele has never looked better.
Song of Eternal Ice is the first 2026 expansion for Kakele Online, a free-to-play, cross-platform 2D MMORPG you can play on PC, iOS, and Android.
This update is built around what MMORPG players care about most: smoother hunts, clearer UI, better combat readability, and meaningful progression updates, all shaped by surveys and polls we’ve been running since Gangan.
And to bring the community even closer, we’re introducing cross-server Global Chat, so the whole world can celebrate wins, share tips, and meet new teammates.
And yes: this expansion ships one of our biggest upgrades ever, a full rework of every single sprite, plus a brand-new color palette. The world is sharper, more vibrant, and instantly more “Kakele”.
Jump in, explore the new content, and tell us what you think on the official forums and through the polls we post in announcements.

Kakele Coins adjustment#

- The prices of the 500 and 1,500 Kakele Coins packs will remain unchanged.
- The prices of the 3,000 and 10,000 Kakele Coins packs will be adjusted.
For the first time since the introduction of Kakele Coins, we will be adjusting the prices of the large coin packs (3,000 and 10,000). These packs currently offer a very high discount compared to other options. Over the past five years, accumulated national and international inflation has made it no longer viable to maintain the previous pricing.
This adjustment allows us to continue investing in servers, content, events, and long-term improvements to ensure the ongoing growth and quality of the game.
Plans for 2026#

This is just the first expansion of 2026, and we have many exciting plans ahead. Our main focus for 2026 is player interaction and a significant increase in meaningful content.
The Kakele Multiverse#
We are planning the Kakele Multiverse: a system where players from all worlds will be able to see each other, hunt together, and complete quests side by side.
To preserve balance and economy, trading will remain restricted to each player’s own world, and only the local market will be available. Our goal is simple: as an MMORPG, you should always have companions available for every type of content. This system is being designed to avoid lag, protect the economy, and greatly increase social interaction.
MultiplayerNode#
While you dive into the Song of Eternal Ice, our engineering team is already building the future of our game’s infrastructure. We are currently working on MultiplayerNode , a powerful backend toolset for multiplayer games. Initially we will be building it for the Godot engine, and then expanding to other engines and frameworks. We can’t wait to share this with more developers and also to power the future ViVa Games titles!
More content, the right way#
In 2026, we want to fill the game with content, but in the right way. We aim to deliver new content for all level ranges, with smoother progression and more systems that complement the game as a whole, such as Prey, Bestiary, Bosstiary, and more.
We will also review existing systems such as the Infinite Dungeon and, if necessary, redesign or replace them with better alternatives. Professions, cards, and many other systems are also part of our plans.
New South America PvP server#
After this expansion, we are planning to launch a new South America PvP server.
With the upcoming class adjustments and combat improvements, we believe this server will be highly attractive and a great fresh start for players who enjoy competitive PvP. Throughout the Test Server period, we will carefully fine-tune parameters (damage increases/reductions, class changes, and other PvP-related adjustments) to ensure the best possible experience.
Thank you#
But none of this can happen without you.
In 2026, more than anything, we want you to have fun playing Kakele. We count on your support, your passion, and your feedback. Share your thoughts with us, and let’s build the Kakele of our dreams together.
Much love, ViVa Games Team
